Larrykleen's Cleaning Services can't guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Typically, there will be two people in your home - a team captain and a team member. On rare occasions, there may be three people or one person. For example, if you need emergency help fast, the office staff may send three people to do the job. If your home or space is very small, one person may be able to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. We will work with you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.

Our pricing is completely individualized. Our more than 5 years of experience have helped us learn that every space is as unique as the people living/ working there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of clutter, amount of traffic in the area and even your life and work style. No, we completely individualize our cleaning. We use a proven system to clean thoroughly, consistently and efficiently. We make every effort to ensure that our team members who serves you are consistent. However If a member of the team changes, our office staff contacts you beforehand to make a smooth transition of service and adjustments if necessary.

We bring everything: cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, cobweb removers, rags and vacuums.

Cats are not a problem. We make sure that indoors cats do not go outside. Dogs are usually confine by their owner into an area of the house not being cleaned, such as the basement, garage, spare bedroom or kennel.

We do not clean on the following holidays when they fall on a weekday:

We usually send a notice or call you to arrange a different day to clean your space.

Larrykleen's Cleaning Services works with you. Simply call 72-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accomodate your scheduling needs

It is best that all toys, clothes, dirty dishes, personal items and valuables are put away before we arrive. If you do not have a chance to do so, we will always try to do this for you. If you would like us to always pick up these items, let us know so that we can schedule more time to do so.

For residential services we do not use contracts, we depend on open communications and your evaluation of our services. For commercial facilities we do it in a case by case basis.

We treat all homes with care; however if something breaks we will make every effort to have the item repair, or replaced.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

Yes. You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for just about any occasion.

We require payment at time of service. For Janitorials we require payment at the end of every month, by check or bank transfer. For Post- construction cleaning we require 45% upfront and 65% after the work is done.
